How do I care for the jewellery?
Use a soft dry cloth to buff and make items shine like new. Please don’t use chemical cleaners. Store items in a dry place (like a plastic bag).

Are your items waterproof?
No. Keep the items clear of water and moisture, do not store in a bathroom. Salt water, pool water & our regular water contains minerals and chemicals that can be damaging to any type of jewellery. Keep your jewellery dry and stored in a bag when not being worn.

Do you offer repairs?
Yes. Items in need of adjustments, repairs, restringing or a new chain will have a service charge ranging from $5-$20 based on the nature of the repair. There will also be a $3 shipping fee to have the item returned. Fees will need to be paid prior to work being completed.
